* After the order has been paid, the warehouse needs 1-2 days to process your order. You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped.
* In most cases, the package will be delivered according to the estimated time of arrival. However, the actual delivery date may be affected by flight arrangements, weather conditions and other external factors. Please refer to the tracking information for the most accurate delivery date.
* Some remote areas may ask for an additional shipping cost. Such us : HI AK PR GU and so on.

TRACKING MY ORDER
Sometimes the tracking information may take a few days to refresh, please follow these steps to trace your order:
- Click "Track Your Order" above the navigation bar
- Enter your tracking number from your order dispatch email and click "Track"
SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS
- Orders shipping is not available for P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
- Some locations or certain items may not be eligible for all shipping methods
Why your order may arrive in two or more packages？
If you are in the U.S., you may be receiving items separately in two or more packages and on separate days due to the dispatch of items from different warehouses. However, our shipping cost applies only to the order, there is no additional shipping cost for separate packaging for the same order.
